Fees
  • We don’t nickel and dime you. We don’t charge renewal fees or other hidden fees.  
  • Management fee: 9% of the gross rents received.
  • No management fees until lease is signed and rents are coming in
  • Only a one-time administrative fee of $150/unit set-up fee.
  • Talk to us if you have more than 25 units for special multi-unit pricing.
  • Our in-house maintenance fees are billed at only $35/hr plus parts and materials.
  • If Manager handles utility, HOA, third party contractor billing, or other payments or billing for Owner, Manager will charge Owner 10% of the total bill that is paid and managed by Manager.
